Food is a very emotional issue and a very large aspect of all our lives. We need to acknowledge this rather then deny it and attempt to get past the many REAL potential obstacles we all face on a daily basis. For long-term success, we will look at, try to address and deal with both the emotional components associated with food as well as the nutritional aspects and then slowly implement changes that match YOUR desired outcome.
The Public Health Agency of Canada rates Overweight/Obesity and Over Eating as 2 of the most common factors of Chronic Disease. Healthier decisions can produce Healthier outcomes.
We start by looking at your current consumption habits and behaviours and then work closly together to take you where you want to go. Lets do this together. Coach m
1 Hour Session Nutrition Coaching
Once purchased, book all your future 1-on-1 session through the "Book Online Page" under the section of Active Clients.
By enrolling in any Coach m program, you agree to pay fees according to the payment set forth on the Coachm.ca website. I am in the business to produce YOUR results and will always understand life issues that occur in our lives.
Please note that if you enroll in any Weekly, Monthly or 10 Session Pack and you decide it’s not the right fit for you, I will offer a full refund up to thirty days after purchase minus any services provided for during your time as a Coach m client. Due to the amount of time I’ve dedicated to creating the curriculum and the personal attention given to each client, there are no refunds available after 30 days. Please note that no exceptions will be made. Should something happen and we need to pause your program, we can discuss how to move forward at that time.
When you enroll in any Coachm program (3, 6 or 12 months), I set aside the time and resources to coach you for a certain time frame. Thus I have an early cancelation fee to recover some of my losses in the event that you choose to exit the program early. The early cancelation fee is $200.
