MOVEMENT

Without Movement, our LIFE is just Stagnant


We were born to move.  There is no doubt about that. Unfortunately, we have allowed our environments, technology and our habits to progressively limit our movements to unhealthy and dangerous levels.  For some, going for a "walk" seems like almost a punishment when in reality, continued movement is doing so many incredible things for us from within. 

If the only thing you take from Coachm.ca is to move more often, then I already consider this a huge success.

My favorite consumption quote "You are what you assimilate" and it is so true.  It's not always what you eat (necessarily), but it is what your cells are able to do with the resources you provide them and what your body does with the excess it simply doesn't need. 

Our Philosophy is simple:  We introduce you to a Dietician designed guide for you to learn, incorporate and implement changes, then we work together to discuss and modify YOUR consumption habits to better line with YOUR nutrient and energy balance needs.
